This is what Peter Hilton is trying to do, and as he notes, you will get LilyPond syntax errors if you try to add a #! line to the top of a LilyPond file. Unfortunately, the #! line only works with certain scripting languages, and LilyPond (not quite a scripting language) isn't one of them.
